Visit the gorgeous Little Isla Zapatillas
Being one of the most attractive beach destinations in Boca del Toro, this tiny island is definitely one of the places you cannot miss during your visit here. It´s calm waters make for some great coastal snorkeling, while its sands are a great place to relax and have a picnic. Remember to bring your own food and drinks as there are no restaurants or shops on this tiny island.
Try Yoga at Bocas Yoga
This place is definitely one of the best Yoga sites you could go to. If you have back problems their instructors will focus on your back strength and alignment and doesn’t matter on what level you are, Yoga will make fell everyone comfortable no matter level you are.
Rent a bike and go from Paki´s Point and Punta Bluff
It usually takes an hour to go from Bocas Town to Punta Bluff and it’s definitely worth it. But be sure to stop at Paki´s Point and hang at a pretty cool bar/restaurant. Grab a beer and even try to surf there if you feel like that. The scenic post in this route is simply amazing, definitely something that you want to miss it.
Have a bite on Leaf Eaters Café
This a well known vegetarian place on the island, but even if you are not a vegetarian this place has something for every taste. The menu here is delicious, try the Hippie Bowl; it has brown rice and veggies with lemon tahini sauce, heavenly!
Satiate your thirst at Bocas Brewery
Being on the beach with the heat and sun practically begs for you to have a beer. At Bocas Brewery you can have the best beer in town. Try it with their “empanadas plate”.
Try snorkeling
Coming to Bocas del Toro and not trying to do some snorkeling is simply outrageous. There´s a tour from $20-$35 per person, some include food and beverages. If you have your own gear you can hire a local boatman to take you around.
